Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. Flexible hours include part-time or full-time roles, with ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

RBT certification is required along with a HS diploma or higher. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary to travel to client homes. A supportive, collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• HS diploma or equivalent; degree in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Requirements
