Job summary

Astro ABA in Junction City, Kansas, seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work 1:1 with children, implementing treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA, with flexible hours and part-time or full-time options.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes, collecting data, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
