Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children's homes or community settings under BCBA supervision. Flexible hours (part-time or full-time) are available, with opportunities for raises and ongoing training.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote child progress in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children to reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
