Job summary

Astro ABA in Colorado Springs is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, delivering tailored treatment plans with flexible hours, including part-time options.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
