Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes or community settings, delivering therapy, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), ongoing training, supervision from experienced BCBAs, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.
