Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home therapy team in Emporia, Kansas. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA, with flexible part-time or full-time hours.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), a valid driver's license, and are comfortable with data collection and collaboration with families.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members; attend meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professional communication with families; promote safety and skill development.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
