Job summary

Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, delivering one-on-one sessions to promote growth and independence.

Our RBTs work in a collaborative environment, collecting accurate data and implementing behavior plans created by BCBAs while encouraging daily living skills and safety during challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or clearly stated as present in resume.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment.
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism




• Accurately collect and document behavioral data




• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs




• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence




• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)




• Full-time: 40 hours per week




• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
