Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in the United States is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver in-person, one-on-one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with flexible schedules and comprehensive training provided. Requirements include a completed 40-hour RBT training, ABA experience, excellent references, and RBT certification

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.
