As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Denver 80249 area. Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans
Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
Experience working with children
Reliable transportation
Ability to reliably travel to clients in the Denver 80249 area
Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification

Budding Futures is an in-home ABA provider serving families throughout Denver and across Colorado. Instead of asking families to travel to a center, we bring ABA therapy directly into the home and coordinate with schools and other settings when appropriate.
Our BCBA-designed programs focus on helping children build communication, daily living, social, and behavioral skills while providing families with ongoing support and guidance.
