Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the Denver area. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and support parent training while collaborating with the clinical team.

The role requires current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (paid training provided), experience with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to clients in the Denver 80249 area.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavioral interventions and track progress with data collection
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Provide ABA therapy in the home setting and coordinate with schools when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and data

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Denver 80249 area. About The Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
