Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Thornton area. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data for each child.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Paid training, PTO, and reliable transportation are required to serve families across Thornton 80260 and the Denver metro area.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Thornton 80260 area. About the Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
