Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Craig, Colorado, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals while maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate different schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

About the Role:

We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
