Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home therapy under BCBA supervision in the Denver, CO area.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, support parent training, and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team. Paid training and PTO are provided; both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

About the Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
