Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, and help families achieve meaningful progress.

Paid training is provided, and you’ll join a mission-driven team committed to children’s growth and success. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with PTO and ongoing support from clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to in-home visits is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and track progress with data collection.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
