Job summary

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, delivers in-home therapy to children and families in the Denver area. This RBT role focuses on compassionate, data-driven care under BCBA supervision, supporting families and school coordination.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour based on experience and certification, with opportunities to grow in a supportive, home-visit setting.

• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Budding Futures, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Denver, CO area. About the Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
