Supportive Care ABA LLC in Grain Valley, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You’ll help build essential life and communication skills under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
