Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Browns Summit, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to join a compassionate, team‑oriented in‑home ABA therapy program for children with ASD.

You will implement behavior plans under supervision, provide one‑on‑one therapy, collect progress data, collaborate with families and a BCBA, and participate in ongoing training while preserving confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
