Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Hickory, NC is seeking a compassionate, part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through in-home ABA therapy. Work under the supervision of a BCBA in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

This role focuses on delivering one-on-one sessions, collecting progress data, and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans with families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility
• Experience with ASD preferred
• Ability to work one-on-one with children

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions for individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic software.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Communicate with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
