Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Mt Airy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing behavior plans and collecting progress data.

The role involves one-on-one therapy, data recording, and collaboration with the BCBA and families to ensure individualized progress. Experience with ASD and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Ability to collect and record client progress data.
• Experience providing one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Strong communication with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Communicate with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
