Blue Jay ABA in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated BT/RBT to support in-home ABA therapy for individuals with ASD. You will work under a BCBA, delivering one-on-one sessions, collecting data, and contributing to program implementation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing training, and maintaining high ethical standards while supporting meaningful client progress.

Formación

• BT/RBT role under BCBA supervision.
• Experience with ASD and behavior therapy recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
