Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Whiteville, NC is seeking compassionate BTs and RBTs to join a team delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior plans under supervision, provide one-on-one sessions, and help families by tracking progress and creating supportive materials.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work with children with ASD.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor client progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
