Blue Jay ABA in Durham, NC welcomes a passionate RBT to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will work under a BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one sessions to children with ASD and collecting progress data.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay ($21.00–$27.00), opportunities for professional development, and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
