Blue Jay ABA in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking compassionate, driven individuals to launch a fulfilling career as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Join our dedicated team delivering in-home ABA therapy to individuals with ASD, collaborating with BCBAs and BTs to provide personalized, evidence-based support that makes a real difference in children's lives. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.
