Job summary

Galliant is hiring for a Forest Lane clinic position in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD, using structured behavior plans and data-driven progress notes. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification for uncertified hires, with a daytime schedule.

Starting Pay & Incentives:

• Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour
• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour ( 100% Paid RBT Training Included )
• Growth Track: Structured compensation & performance evaluations every 6 months

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Forest Lane clinic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
