Job summary

Galliant is hiring for our Gretna clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We welcome certified RBTs and entry-level candidates, offering a center-based environment with no driving.

We cover 100% of paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within 8 weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage. Work 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED with a strong drive to learn; healthcare or ABA experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy to children to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming care in a clinic setting.
• Track session data on a clinic tablet and draft daily progress notes.

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Gretna clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
