Job summary

Galliant is hiring for our Farmers Branch clinic in Dallas to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We seek energetic team members, including those with RBT certification or a strong drive to learn; no prior ABA experience is required.

We cover 100% of the paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks. You will work in a center-based setting with a BCBA-D team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a High School Diploma/GED with strong drive to learn.
• No prior healthcare or ABA experience required.
• Backgrounds welcome from daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, or healthcare support.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: implement behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft daily progress notes.

• Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour 100% Paid RBT Training Included

What You’ll Do

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
