Entry-level candidates get 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship paid within 8 weeks; certified RBTs earn a competitive hourly rate.
You’ll work 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday, with full benefits and BCBA-D leadership guiding a caring, neurodiversity-focused team.
Certified RBTs: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour
Uncertified / Entry-Level: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks!
100% Clinic-Based (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle, unpaid travel time, and driving between client homes. You report to one resource-rich clinic facility every day.
100% Paid RBT Certification: For entry-level hires, we cover all costs for your 40-hour RBT coursework and national BACB exam fees within your first 8 weeks.
Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy consistent hours, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, active clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Backgrounds Welcomed: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Benson clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain clinic safety protocols.
