Job summary

Galliant is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in our clinic. You will run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living and communication skills in a supportive, one-on-one setting.

No prior ABA or medical background is required. The role offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM) with a competitive starting pay and 6-monthly raises, plus full benefits and professional certification coverage.

As a Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.




• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.




• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

• All Backgrounds Welcomed: Great for candidates transitioning out of early childhood education, daycare centers, school paraprofessional roles, DSP/CNA caregiving, medical assisting, retail, or hospitality looking for stable daytime clinical hours (prior experience in these fields is welcomed, but not required!).

• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.




• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.




• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
