Job summary

Galliant Gretna Clinic is hiring for 1-on-1 therapy roles serving children with ASD in a center-based setting. RBT certification is preferred; uncertified hires get paid training and sponsorship to obtain certification within 8 weeks.

Workdays are 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday to Friday, in Gretna, NE. Join a BCBA-D led team offering a full benefits package, PTO, and retirement options, with 100% center-based work and no driving between homes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing (BACB) or HS diploma with strong motivation to learn.
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care and collaborative clinical work.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to sit/stand/kneel and actively engage children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy using individual behavior plans.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety and comfort.
• Track session data and draft daily progress notes.

Starting Pay & Compensation:

• Certified RBTs: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $19.00 – $20.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Gretna clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
