Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Rock Hill, South Carolina seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a caring, growth-oriented team. You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision and work closely with BCBA professionals to support each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client's home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
