Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks compassionate RBTs to support children and young adults with autism in-home or community settings across Tennessee. You will implement individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

This role offers flexible hours, opportunities for ongoing education, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Must possess a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Record data daily for all programs and ensure supervision sessions are attended.
