Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings.

You will implement behavioral intervention plans, participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings, and maintain accurate daily data for all patients. A HS diploma, reliable transportation, and good communication skills are required; growth opportunities include training, tuition support, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Must possess a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members as needed.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and all trials utilized daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for all supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA.
• Other duties as assigned.
