Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and collaborate with BCBA teams to support progress.

Applicants should have 6 months of ABA-related experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities, strong communication, and a willingness to complete background checks. A reliable car is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in roles such as nanny/teacher/paraprofessional is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and team; receive supervision at minimum 10% of services.
• Enter data and trials daily for each pediatric patient across programs.
• Be available for supervision sessions, calls, and meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
