Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or community settings for children and young adults with autism. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors.

We offer growth opportunities, tuition discounts, training, and competitive benefits; require a HS diploma, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a background check. Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities (preferred).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings and parent training as needed.
• Enter data and track trials daily for each patient.
