Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an ABA therapist (RBT) to join a child-focused practice in Tennessee. You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions, implement tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care for pediatric clients.

The role requires data entry for each session, participation in team trainings, and maintaining professional boundaries with families. A background check is required, and a driver’s license is needed for home visits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, conferences, and team meetings.
