Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children and young adults with autism in home and community settings.

You will implement behavior intervention plans, participate in supervision, and maintain data daily. A HS diploma is required, and driving to client homes is necessary. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, or paraprofessional is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
