Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Chattanooga, TN seeks an ABA Therapist (RBT) to deliver one‑to‑one behavioral therapy for children and young adults with autism, in home or community settings. You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to ensure high quality delivery of services.

Responsibilities include developing schedules for work-life balance, attending supervision, and maintaining professional boundaries with clients and families. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication required.
• Must have reliable transportation to client homes.
• Willing to undergo background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with individuals with autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain communications with BCBA and team regarding treatment delivery.
