Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Whiteville, North Carolina, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA programs under supervision and supporting each client’s goals.

Positions require a high school diploma; RBT certification is preferred or you may complete it within 90 days if required by state law. We offer on-site work with flexible schedules and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client locations.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days if required by state law.
• Experience with children, especially in ABA or related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training.
• Build rapport with clients and families to support a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training to advance skills and knowledge.
