Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• RBT certification and completion of 40-hour training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
