Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Emporia, United States, is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and document in our data system, while supporting communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningfuldifference in the lives of children with autism. WHAT YOU'LL DO

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per billable hour

Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Service Setting: In-Home – Emporia, VA 23847 area

Clinical Supervision: Virtual BCBA supervision

The days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs.

While this position requires Monday–Friday availability during the times listed above, occasional Saturday availability may be required based on client or operational needs.
