Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking passionate RBTs to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders in the Emporia area. Join our team to positively impact development while growing your career.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs, providing one-to-one therapy, data tracking, and collaborating with families and supervisors. Must be 18+, with a HS diploma and reliable transportation; travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $23.00- $29.00 (based on experience)

Work Location
