Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders in the Emporia area. Join our team and make a daily impact on clients’ development while growing your career.

Responsibilities include implementing programs under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy, tracking progress, and communicating with families and supervisors. Flexible schedule with travel to clients’ homes.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred).
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
  • Reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $23.00- $29.00 (based on experience)

  • License reimbursement

Work Location: In-person, providing services in clients' homes in the Emporia area.
