Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour; benefits include an employee assistance plan, discounts, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and able to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Engage children in evidence-based techniques and monitor progress.
