Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and an inclusive, supportive environment. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to stay actively engaged with children,

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Be able to stand, walk, sit, lift and move with children up to 50 pounds.
