Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families. Pay is $18-$25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under supervision of a BCBA.
