Job summary

EzCare ABA in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in-home, at school, or in-clinic.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Job Type: Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Woodbridge, Ashburn, Alexandria

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Available Schedules:

• Alexandria: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
• Ashburn: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 5:00PM
• Woodbridge: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-6:00 PM & Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-6:30 PM
