Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You’ll implement plans created by BCBAs and help build communication and daily living skills while receiving ongoing support from experienced BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a behavior support or child-focused role is acceptable.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
