Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring entry level ABA Therapists and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. No experience needed, we provide paid training!

Competitive pay is offered, with premium rates available for RBTs who have maintained certification for at least six months and successfully pass a clinical interview conducted by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
