$21 - $24 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate:

$25 - $29 / per hour

This is a part‑time afternoon role, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to build additional hours based on availability and business needs.

You’ll work one‑on‑one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
• Behavior Technician
• ABA Therapist
• Behavioral Interventionist
• Paraprofessional
• Child Development Professional
• Camp Counselor
• Similar child‑focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
