Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking passionate RBTs to join our Center/ Home-Based ABA therapy teams in Maryland. You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, collect data, and communicate with supervisors under BCBA supervision.

Weekday and weekend availability is required, with late afternoon hours common. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field (or pursuing relevant education), and a valid RBT certification (we provide certification support).

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.
• Valid RBT certification or willingness to pursue with company support.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA.
• Collect therapy session data.

About The Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Schedule of the Center: Monday to Friday 4pm to 6pm Saturday 9am to 2pm
